Tappy needs a new set of lungs

Up at 5:45 this morning and off to Toronto with a load of furniture.  Relatives of Georgie’s Sister-in-Law provided a truck and we had quite a load of stuff, all donated…..even a Christmas tree that you haul out of the box already decorated, right down to the fibre optics. (our kind of stuff). I must say there are times we feel like the Beverley Hillbillies……….people giving us a helping hand at every turn.  When we got to Toronto, Barry and Seamus were on hand to help us unload along with Georgie’s Brother Ray and Larry Koehler, the owner of the truck.  We got all the furniture in the apartment  within a short time and I don’t want to think about moving to yet another apartment (in the same building) on the 15th of january.

Georgie and I have been married 40 years and have moved twice.  We’re going to do that in as many months up here.   But its all part of a very interesting experience.  Mind you we would rather be on Applecross sharing a mug of cheer with family and friends  .
